Aizawl

Aizawl is Mizoram's capital, a city dramatically spread across a long, narrow ridge at 1,132 meters elevation with houses stacked like layers of a wedding cake along its slopes. The city is known for its friendly Mizo people, traditional weaving, and the spectacular Durtlang Hills viewpoint overlooking the surrounding valleys.
